View workflows, phases, teams, and assignments
Administrators can view all of the workflows, phases, teams, and assignments in a case.
Group leaders with administrative permissions can view the workflows, phases, teams, and assignments that their group has security to access. View workflows
To view the workflows in a case:
On the Case Home page, under Review Setup, click Workflows.
The Workflows page contains a list of the workflows that are associated with the case, and the following information about each workflow.

The name of the workflow. Click the workflow name to open the workflow and view the phases of the workflow, if the workflow contains phases. |
Phases |
The number of phases associated with the workflow. |
Teams |
The number of teams assigned to the workflow. |
Description |
A description of the workflow, added when the workflow was created. |
View phases in a workflow
You can view the phases in a workflow.
For information about how to view a list of all of the phases in a case, including phase priorities and the number of assignments and documents in each phase, see View phase priorities.
To view the phases in a workflow:
On the Case Home page, under Review Setup, click Workflows.
Click the workflow that contains the phases that you want to view.
The Phases page contains a list of the phases and child phases that are associated with the workflow, and the following information about each phase.

Name |
The name of the phase. |
Locked |
A check mark in this column indicates that the phase is locked. If a phase is locked, users are prevented from getting new assignments from the phase. Users can still access all uncleared assignments that they retrieved before the phase was locked. For more information about locking and unlocking phases, see Lock or unlock a phase. |
Documents per assignment |
The maximum number of documents that are allowed per assignment. For example, if you add 950 documents and the Documents per assignment value is set to 100, the application creates approximately 10 assignments. The final assignment contains only 50 documents. Note: The Break assignments on option in the phase properties determines how a document set is divided into assignments. This setting may result in an assignment that is slightly larger than the Documents per assignment value. For more information, see Configure phase properties. |
Teams |
The number of teams that are assigned to a phase. Hover over a number to see the team names. |
Validation criteria |
The name of the saved search that is used as the validation criteria for the phase. Validation criteria are the coding requirements that must be met by reviewers in order to clear, or complete, an assignment in review. |
Quick code |
The quick code list for the phase. |
View teams
You can view a list of all of the teams in a case, and information about the members and phases that are associated with the teams.
To view teams:
On the Case Home page, under Review Setup, click Teams.
The Teams page contains a list of the teams associated with the case, and the following information about each team.

Name |
The name of the team. |
Active members |
The number of active users on the team. |
Inactive members |
The number of inactive users on the team. Inactive users are not active in the application or on the team. |
Unlocked phases |
The number of phases from which team members can get new assignments. |
View assignments
You can view all of the assignments in a case on the All Assignments page.
Use the following procedure view the assignments in a case.
On the Case Home page, under Review Setup, click All Assignments.
To filter assignments based on status, do the following:
Hover over the Status column, and then click the arrow.
Point to Filters, and then select the check box next to each status that you want to display. The following assignment statuses are available:
Unassigned: No user is assigned, but the assignment remains in the queue. The next user who performs a Get next assignments action will get the assignment.
Active: The assignment is available for review. The assignment may or may not be assigned to a user.
Suspended: The assignment remains assigned to a user, but is not available and cannot be cleared.
Cleared: The assignment has met the validation criteria and is complete.
Configure columns on the All Assignments page
You can display additional information about assignments on the All Assignments page.
To configure the columns on the All Assignments page:
On the Case Home page, under Review Setup, click All Assignments.
Hover over a column heading, and then click the arrow.
Point to Columns, and then select the check box next to each column that you want to display. You can display the following columns:
ID: The assignment ID number.
Phases: The phase that the assignment belongs to.
Lot: The lot that the assignment belongs to.
Lot description: The lot description for the lot that the assignment belongs to.
Workflow: The workflow that the assignment belongs to.
Created date: The date that the assignment was created.
Assigned date: The date that the assignment was assigned.
Cleared date: The date that the assignment met the validation criteria and was cleared.
Cleared: The number of cleared documents in an assignment. This number is updated when an assignment is accessed.
To change the order that the columns are displayed, drag a column heading to the order that you want it to appear.
