Security management

An administrator can manage a user's Nuix Discover API connection tokens.

User security

The Nuix Discover API connection token is needed to perform a Promote to Nuix Discover. An administrator can perform this function.

To add or delete the Nuix Discover API connection token:

Click Application Management from the global header

Select User Security from the list.

View the list of user names. If a user has a Nuix Discover API connection token, the icon appears in the Token column.

Click on the row of a user to open the user token window.

To add a token, request that the user sign in to Nuix Discover, copy the token, and provide it to the administrator. Click on the row of the user, enter the token, and click Save.

To delete a token, click on the row of the user, delete the current token, and click Save.
