Known issues and limitations
The full list of known issues and limitations to be finalized when Nuix Workstation has its general release.
Unable to image email and spreadsheets with disabled Windows 'Printer Spooler' service
Nuix Workstation currently is unable to image email and spreadsheets when the 'Print Spooler' service on a Windows machine is disabled. To overcome this, enable the 'Print Spooler' service (in the Windows services list), or start Nuix Workstation with this switch:
"{{-Dnuix.export.htmlToPdf.engine=webkit}}"
.
Override unsent emails from generating a FROM value
Unsent emails' <code>FROM<code> value can be blank in some cases.
To replace the pre-populated "FROM" value for unsent emails, use the nuix.mapi.unsentitem.generateFromAddr
switch. If this switch is enabled, the "FROM" address for unsent emails generates from the api-last-modifier-name
and mapi-creator-name
fields, unless there is a specific rule in place that applies to those fields.
Non-group affiliated SharePoint sites
The Nuix Connector for Microsoft Office 365 only offers support for SharePoint sites that are affiliated with an existing Microsoft Office 365 group. Non-group affiliated sites are currently unsupported.
