Addresses tab
The Addresses tab provides a list of the email address that appear in the properties of the data set and a count of the number of items containing that address. To open and use a new Addresses tab:
Go to Window and select New Addresses Tab.
Then do any of the following:
Group results by domain group or expand results to show all addresses.
Filter the results by type of correspondence sent to only show From, To, Cc, or Bcc emails.
Use the Edit menu's Find function to find matching results for a particular domain group or user.
Open a result set containing only items that include a specific word by double-clicking a row that contains the word.
Notes:
Nuix Workstation views an address as any item removed from the transport headers of email items. From a practical perspective, this could be just a name from an address book or a fully resolved email address.
The Addresses tab is for the entire case and does not take into consideration Excluded Items, unlike the View by Address view that you see from the Results pane.
If you find unsent emails populate the FROM value instead of being blank, use the following switch: nuix.mapi.unsentitem.generateFromAddr. Then the "FROM" address for unsent emails generates from the api-last-modifier-name and mapi-creator-name fields, unless there is a specific rule in place that applies to those fields.
