Exclude system files from Audit reports

This is only possible if you have a Nuix 'Audited' license type. Then the Audit Filtering tab appears.

The Audit Filtering tab only appears on the Evidence Processing Profile or Edit Processing Profile window, (depending on how you access either window), if you are using an Audited license type.

It allows you to select a Digest List of system files (NSRL, or "NIST" files) to exclude from the audit report for your case. To select a Digest List of system files to exclude from your case's audit report:

Open the Edit Processing Profile window. See the Open the Edit Processing Profile window section in Configure Evidence Processing settings for details.

Select the Audit Filtering tab, then:

Select the Filter out items matching the following digest list option to remove a specific list of files from the audit report.

From the Digest list menu of Digest Lists imported into Nuix Workstation, specify which list to exclude from the audit report.

Click OK to save your changes.
