Nuix Investigate installation documentation

This guide provides instructions for installing Nuix Neo. Two separate installers are required.

Nuix Shared Services installer

Nuix Web applications installer

Important: For details on performing an upgrade from a previously installed installation, see the Nuix Neo Upgrade Guide.
Upgrading from a previous non-Nuix Neo release is a major upgrade and we strongly recommend that you contact your Nuix solution consultant before proceeding.

The Nuix Shared Services installer adds the authentication provider powered by Keycloak and installs the PostgreSQL database used by all Nuix Neo services.

The Nuix Web applications installer adds the individual components of Nuix Neo, including Nuix Investigate, and all other supporting Nuix Neo services. If installing Nuix Enterprise Collection Center (ECC), a separate installer is required.

Each installer is a wizard-based program with on-screen tips that guide you through the installation steps. This guide also contains a detailed description of configuration settings that you need to complete as part of the installation.
