Upon opening a case, the case name is shown in the global header along with the case version.

The following menu options are available within the global header.

The global header contains the following options:

App selector

Click the Apps icon to view and navigate to other Nuix Neo Applications. Selecting an application from the list opens it in a new window. Depending on your installation and the permissions that your user is granted, the following applications are accessible from this menu.

NLP: Access Nuix NLP.

Rampiva: Access Nuix Rampiva.

Config Utility: Visible only to administrators. Access configuration settings for Nuix Neo applications.

Time zone

If the case includes a time stamp, the time zone is shown on the global header. Optionally click the down arrow for a menu to select a different time zone. The new time zone persists per user per case and across different sessions and browsers per user.

Cases listing

Click Cases Listing from anywhere in the application to return to the Cases window and see a list of cases.

Warning: Returning to the cases home window cancels any running operations and closes the case. If performing long running operations, such as tagging or secured fields, do not return to the cases home window until that request has completed. This does not apply to exclusions or foldering operations. Navigating to the Management section from within a case does not close the case.

Note: The Application Management menu is visible only to administrators and users with the appropriate privileges. See App Management for more information.

Select from the App Management options.
